NOT A GOOD BUY I’ve had this bag for less then 5 months and the strap is already coming loose at the seamsI’ve had previous igloo bags that were constructed a lot sturdier. I am disappointed because I thought I was going to geta good product in the igloo nameAnd I am also disappointed because I cant get any response from Amazon so I can exchange this bag because the time to exchange has expired
bought this for my husband in May of 2016. … bought this for my husband in May of 2016. the whole thing is fraying and the strap has completely ripped off. The top pocket top pocket and zipper is in the process of ripping off as well. Hole in bottom of bag where strap was connected. he only uses is for his lunch, so it sits in his truck for the most part. i have bought him 3 lunch boxes, including this one, in the past 9 years. never changed jobs. this one lasted only 4 months, which means the other two were used between 8.5 years…
I would have loved to have given this bag more stars! But I cannot. After 5 months of use I will only be giving this bag 2 stars because the handle strap and one of the back straps have both not been able to hold up. I have not used this as an outdoor/camping bag. It had the right amount of pockets that I was looking for in an every day lunch bag. I like to bring things like my Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7 with me and still have compartments for my wallet or keys or various other things. However the quality is just not sturdy enough for my use.
