Can’t beat these for cold weather I love merino wool socks for everything in cold weather, and these are some of the best I’ve ever tried. These are relatively thin (unlike merino work boot socks or hiking socks) for wool socks and they hold up better than most wool socks. I use them for winter biking so appreciate the thinness. I’ve ordered 10 pairs for myself and to give as gifts and everyone loves them.
These socks feel great, very soft These socks feel great, very soft, warm and aesthetically pleasing. One thing to note is that they look like quarter length socks when you open the box but they are very stretchy and can be pulled up easily to regular height. For reference I’m a size 10 with standard to narrow fit.
Perfection Excellent socks. Fit great, snug but not too snug, and warm. doesn’t ride up or on the foot. I like them even more than smart wool and just ordered two more packs. Highly recommendedUpdate: after wearing these for a few weeks and after several cycles in the washing machine, these are still as good as when I first got them!
