Good value headlamps with good light output These are a good value for the kids and we use during camping or keep one in the car. It has 3 white light settings (high/low/flashing) and two red light settings (constant on/flashing) both red and white lights can be on simultaneously. Light levels are good. Red light preserves your night vision and won’t wake a tent full of kids. The buttons are not labeled in a way that you can tell in the absence of light (funny that’s why you need this light). I live in the country where it gets DARK and so far I have mostly only used the second-click (less bright) setting. The strap is comfortable and stays in place. Great value for a great product. I was a little weary about buying these. Thought for sure they would be terrible as I was used to using headlamps from REI. But when you mix kids with headlamps they always seem to disappear. We are extremely happy with this purchase, the led is extremely bright and they fit good. There are two buttons on top, one button is for three levels of white light and the other button is for two levels of red light. Zero issues so far, and the price is just perfect.
