Barely touch it with a match and it catches! … Barely touch it with a match and it catches! Definitely use small sticks to help build a fire. We use in our fireplace with chopped wood and it isn’t quite enough to catch on its own. It replaces newspaper and other small kindling but you can’t go straight to chopped wood.
