The magnets are a nice touch, you don’t have to worry about them … Fit in my vice perfectly. They are soft, so they won’t scratch and they hold whatever you put in them very well. The magnets are a nice touch, you don’t have to worry about them falling out.

Great addition to my toolbox Great addition to my toolbox. If you like to tinker in your garage and tackle various odd jobs, these are great. Can’t tell you how many times I needed to secure something in my vice but the standard flat jaws would damage what I need to hold. This universal multi-groove jaws give you all the options you need to hold other things. They are 6 1/4″ long but still fit ok in my 4″ vise. Magnets hold them in place pretty good.

You need these Soft Jaws These Universal Soft Jaws replaced a set that I had. The set they replaced would not stay in place even though the magnets were full length. They fell off with the slightest nudge when trying to set up a part in the vise. Not so with these ION Tool Soft Jays. They ‘STICK’ to the vise just like they are supposed to do.I am very pleased with these jaws. My only negative comment is that the longitudinal groove is too deep. I cut a lot of rod of small diameters and these jaws will not hold rod less…
