Very Sturdy, Stylish and Shiny. Was a little hesitant to buy flatware without actually seeing it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Shiny, stylish and certainly better than what I had been using. Yes the handles are a little small, so you have be creative putting them in the dishwasher. They are very sturdy and after 2 washings, so far, still look great. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending these to anyone who might want an “upgrade” to what they are using now.
Nice flatware from JA Henkels. This is a nice quality flatware. Got two of these almost 10 years ago as a gift, and still use it. They are still modern and in good condition. Just purchased another set to have enough for larger parties. The knives are truly sharp and I never have to use additional steak knifes, which I have. The shiny polish has worn off a bit, but after 10 years of use it is not beyond of the expected. This could be awkward design for some, as they are thin in the handle. By it works for my family.
Reasonable Choice for Price, Made in China I just received my order and these are my initial impressions.I like the simple and elegant design of this flatware. Because of the J.A. Henckels name attached to them, I found myself looking at details on them I probably would not have otherwise.The packaging is decent. Most pieces are all individually wrapped in plastic, then each similar grouping is held together by a rubber band. Those pieces survived shipping just fine.
