Second purchase of same item very defective! We purchased this back pack for my son in college. It has been in regular use since shortly thereafter and is now starting to fall apart. The stitching is giving way on the back wall of the side of the medium pocket, and the stitching to the top handle has come out and the handle is no longer safe to pick the back pack up with. Not satisfied with the quality at all. We own another one of these purchased back in February 2016, and my high school son uses it every day and it still looks brand…
Love It Got this as a work bookbag. Seems sturdy and spacious. No lose strings or tears. I am pleased with my purchase and like that it comes with a lifetime warranty.
Best STURDY Backpack you can buy! Will NOT be disappointed! Size Description is not correct on Amazon, it is Much Larger. I used Jansport throughout college and has, without a doubt, been the best investment for a Strong/Sturdy backpack that you would ever need. I went to undergraduate school and Medical School, and MANY times I carried a lot of books and the Jansport backpack was the Best at carrying heavy loads.
