Best of the best. These seem to be the most comfortable shorts with fully closable pockets (after trying about 20 different shorts over the years). The material stretches (5% spandex) and fits slightly above the knee – these do not hang up (catch) on the knee as so many other brands do. The pocket zippers will close with a 5.5″ cell phone, with more than 1/2″ left over – a 5.8″ Iphone8, or 5.8″ Samsung 8 should fit with room left over. Works for Ladies too So I know this may be odd but these are amazing gym shorts. When I work out I like shorts not pants as it’s hot in FL. I also don’t like tights, and I don’t like short shorts as they provide as much coverage as a swimsuit in certain poses and I don’t have a flattering barbie shape.
