The black and silver motif makes a beautiful knife. The black rubber-like handle grip feels great In 1967, my father gave me his USMC issue Ka-Bar. In the following years, the leather washers forming the handle rotted away, as had the scabbard.This veteran finally succumbed to a wildfire which destroyed my home in 2016.
