Impressed!! First Impressions:
Beast of a folder! Where to start!?!? Well the blade is sharp out the box. It passed the paper test like a hot knife through butter! The knife itself is pretty big and heavy for edc. If anyone is wondering. I bought this for my hunting bag. It’s a nice thick blade able to do everything in the bush! Well almost. I have tested in the backyard making a fire and making some traps just to see how it worked. The blade still was sharp after all that which surprised me. I can’t lie after all that i was extremely pleased…
Gila knife is awesome I was seeking a nice complement to my Ka-bar fixed tang military knife and Cold Steel kukri machete. Both are rock solid and made to last. Finding this Ka-bar folder was a stroke of luck, considering its price & the plethora of competing knives out there. The reviews were good, but I was blown away when it arrived today.
