Spills EVERY TIME I USE IT! This cup leaks literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I put the lid on. I really just wanted a Kate Spade mug but it’s definitely not worth all of the stained clothes and messes. I would expect a little better quality merchandise from such a “high end” brand…take some notes from Lilly P. At least I know I can trust them for high-maintance coffee cups

It is super cute to look at This is what I would expect from an apparel designer. It is super cute to look at, but a mess to drink from. The part of the lid that has the opening to drink is flat. Not good. Whatever you are drinking sits in this flat space after every sip, and then drips or spills off the lid. Makes a mess in your car, on your shirt or your pants. Unbelievably poor design. I looked at some newer ones in a store….same issue!

Waste of time and money👎 Don’t even bother wasting your money buying this! Sure it looks nice in the pics & would make an excellent gift, right?!?! WRONG❌. Bought this as exactly that on Nov 1, 2018 as a Christmas🌲 gift for Dec 25, 2018. The person loved🥰 it but when they went to use it for the first time Jan 7, 2019 inside had stripped completely! Huh😯? I don’t know either🤷‍♂️. Contacted Amazon and the agent repeatedly insisted that the return window had closed since Dec 1, 2018. Ok great so where does that leave me…
