Great for wide feet, fits like the CNX sandals. My almost 4 yr old has been wearing his size 11s for about a week and is very happy with them. Like his CNX sandals, easy for him to put on and sturdy for playground, scooter rides or school. Pretty lightweight. Not all Keens fit the same. We found the Coronado print sneaks to run larger, longer. The Encanto sneakers ran much more narrow and tight. All size 11s with very different fits, may help you compare. Will very likely buy these again & absolutely recommend them!
No go, THIN sole! Ow. I’m petite with a size 5-5.5 foot, so a kid’s size 4 is a perfect fit for me. My son has had 4 pairs of Keens so I thought I’d try these to replace my 17 year old hikers.Unfortunately they don’t work for me.1) The lace rivet closest to the toe is along the shoe “bend line”. So every time you bend you foot to take a step, that metal rivet bends too and digs into the top of your toe joint. OW.2) The sole is crazy thin. I tried the shoes on in my kitchen…
Laces broke immediately We love keens, they’re the only shoes i’d buy for my sons. So I was really surprised when the shoe laces broke on these right away. I called Keen and they offered to send a set of replacement laces. The replacement laces took almost a month to arrive…. and are brown… the shoes are gray and red… disappointed.
