I’m so glad I found the Keen hiking shoe I had been having problems with synovitis in both ankles. I decided on hiking shoes to hopefully correct the problem. I’m so glad I found the Keen hiking shoe. Since wearing them, my ankles are going back to normal. I went to reconstructive foot surgeon to get X-rays and treatment for synovitis . The heels slid off way too much, and I could not physically tie them tight enough to stop it. I returned them and got size 9. My heels still slid a little bit, but my toes were crammed into the fronts of the shoes. Even just standing still I could feel…
