Vibrations I put these through a pretty good test on their first outing. They seem fairly well made for the price but some of the plastic pieces like the baskets and upper piece of the carbide tip look kind of flimsy, but they have held up with no issue. Kelty keeps making great products! I own Leki anti-shock poles and my daughter used them and loved them. I purchased her some Range 2.o trekking poles because I wanted to save a lot of money and she does not hike as often as I do. Well, I got the trekking poles and looked at them and they are nice, very nice. I have to admit that they are just as good as mine and much cheaper on the budget. My daughter loves them, and to be honest, so do I. You can count on Kelty to make a great product for a great price.
Awesome value. No buyers remorse whatsoever. Fantastic value (price to quality ratio). I’m sure there are nicer, lighter poles out there, but these puppies are sturdy, relatively lightweight, and do what they say they will do. As with other Kelty products I own (all purchased outright, no endorsements) the price belies the true quality.
