The Injection 3.0 is destined to become your new favorite pocketknife. It offers sleek good looks-from the tip of its classic drop-point blade to its 3D-machined G-10 handle. The Injection is a collaboration between custom knife maker Todd Rexford and Kershaw and we think the results are outstanding. Look for high-end custom details like decorative pivot hardware and machined thumb studs. The G-10 handle has incised cutouts on each side, letting you see through to the stainless steel liners. The G-10 is textured for a secure grip. Even the backspace offers a custom touch; it’s chamfered (cut at an angle) on the back end. Another nice detail is the inset lanyard pin so nothing interrupts the smooth line of the knife. The 3-inch blade is the perfect size for so many day-to-day applications. Built of high-performance 8Cr13MoV, it comes razor-sharp and holds its edge well. The manual opening is smooth and easy. Once open, the blade is secured with a steel locking liner. The pocket clip is reversible for left- or right-handed carry. Manual: There is no mechanical assist, such as SpeedSafe, used to open the folding knife. Liner Lock: Locks the blade open during use; one side of the knife’s steel “liner,” the steel plate to which the handle scales are attached, moves into position behind the blade to securely lock it open. Reversible: Pre-drilled holes in the handle enable the user to change either the tip position or the side on which the knife carries.

Not an original Injection 3.0 This knife is good for $13.99. Can’t beat that price. However, I do not think it is the same Injection 3.0 that you will find on Kershaw’s website or other places. I don’t think it’s an outright counterfeit, but I also don’t think it’s an original Injection 3.0. Another reviewer here called it a counterfeit. Perhaps. The Kershaw logo lettering is different on the blade and pocket clip. The thumb studs are definitely not milled (milled studs are a hallmark of this knife); they’re just…

This is a great little knife and may be one of the best … This is a great little knife and may be one of the best office EDC folders. The fit, finish, blade centering, lock up and grind were perfect. The knife design is elegant and well carried out. The blade is an optimum size at three inches with a wide, useful edge. No, you can’t carve up old truck tires but it does small tasks amazingly well. It’s legal size most everywhere and manual opening. The blade itself has a flat grind with no swedging. It cuts anything and is a dream to re-sharpen. The…
