Kershaw’s Serrated Clash is an affordable, all-purpose everyday carry with a solid feel and fast opening action. The Clash’s 3.1” blade can take on most general tasks from opening packages to cutting through heavy plastic, rope and more. The drop point blade offers enough belly with the right amount of recurve for improved slicing and easy resharpening. Made of high-performance 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, the blade offers strength and resistance to corrosion, staining and wear. Aggressive 2-step partial blade serration allows clean cuts through particularly tough or fibrous materials. Equipped with the award winning SpeedSafe assisted opening, the Clash is easy to open with a single hand by activating the built-in flipper. The blade remains in place with a secure liner lock, preventing the blade from closing during use. The glass filled nylon handle features textured scales, deep index-finger indentation, and a reversible pocketclip for enhanced gripping power and user adjustable carry.

Kershaw Wasn’t sure I’d like the flipper since I’m used to a thumb stud. After using it I do like it. Very smooth and easy to get used to. As long as this knife holds up it will be a good all around tool. I always carry a pocket knife and this one is my new every day knife.

The Shopper Formerly Known as R. Seward says:

Good for value It’s a good knife for the money. It’s light wight, which makes it ideal for EDC. The “SpeedSafe” assist is smooth and easy to operate, and helps the knife to lock up securely. I’m not a huge fan of liner locks, but it is what it is, and this one functions as expected. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, spring assist knife, this one is worth considering.

Jaime Vargas says:

Only Ok This knife is just OK. It’s not expensive by any means, but for the money your way better off getting an OSO sweet, or a rj1 or 2. Yes it gets sharp but it doesn’t hold its edge very long at all, especially the serrations. Other Kershaw knives with the same “alphabet soup” steel hold there edge much better than this one. The assisted open is great on every kershaw, but this knife is my only one that has ever broken! Kershaw will fix it for free, you just pay to ship it to them…
