Great customer service I bought it to sleep on a month long road trip from chicago,colorado,utah,nevada,california and backunfortunetely it flatten out on the second day and had to buy a cheap o from walmart for the rest of the trip. The V part by the valves ( the biggest V) unglued from the rest and bulged out and lost all the air trough out the night.
