The Static V is a lightweight camping air pad that uses body mapping technology at an entry-level price. In addition, the pad’s dynamic side rails will keep you centered on the pad all night. Packing down to the size of a water bottle and inflating in approximately 10-15 breaths, it will save you time and energy. NOT A THERMAREST BUT WILL HANDLE THE JOB These are easy to inflate and will make resting anywhere more comfortable. Pair this with a Thermorest Foam pad for an amazing experience! These pads are not as good as a more expensive Thermorest Air, but for the price, they are worth it. I like it.
It’s amazing how much of a more pleasant experience three days … The Klymit Static V Sleeping Pad saved me so much hassle and back aches on my most recent backpacking trip! It’s amazing how much of a more pleasant experience three days in the backcountry can be when your body is fueled for the journey with adequate beauty rest. This sleeping pad was able to provide that – amidst the roots and rock, I inflated the sleeping pad with twenty or so breaths and was well on my way to sleeping soundly on a air-cushioned surface that would have otherwise been bumpy…
Incredibly comfortable sleeping pad Incredibly comfortable sleeping pad! I can inflate in 10-11 breaths, and they are very compact when rolled up correctly. Rolling up correctly takes a little practice.. they’re a SNUG fit, but when done right (after the 3rd attempt), that take up as much space as a large Gatorade bottle.
