No instructions. Simple but effective! Doesn’t come with good instructions making it a hassle to use. I had to refer back to the pictures on Amazon’s website to figure to how to use it on my shoulder.so I deducted a star. Its very simple and well made. I just refrigerated the bag with water in it and it provides a good 20-30 minutes of cooling without needing to get ice … I bought this after a recent knee injury. Instead of using ice, I just refrigerated the bag with water in it and it provides a good 20-30 minutes of cooling without needing to get ice or anything.The strap is useful for applying contact pressure, but the fabric is smooth on the inside, so it does not stay in place unless I remain still. Not really a problem for me, but I’ve seen better designs.
Good! Perfect! I love that there is the neoprene-like wrap holder. It is Very versital! The ice bag holds a lot of ice, at least a tray and a half. The ice bag leaks water from the top if the top is not screwed on tight. If you don’t have the Velcro holder tight to your back, the ice bag will easily flip out of the holder and this makes it very annoying to trposition the whole apparatus. The hole in the holder should fit more tightly around the screw top on the ice bag itself.. I haven’t tried…
