Not sharp at all It is Not sharp at all. You wont be able to chop a tomato even if you try hard..
POS Broke on 2nd Use Wow! I didn’t think the handle looked like hickory when it arrived. Just soft wood. I just replaced an Evansville No. 4 axe with a new hickory handle, and I will cut the old hickory handle to replace the broken handle in this hatchet.I would not recommend this item to a fool.
Surprisingly a great buy Really surprising for the money. Everything was straight and even on the head. good grain on handle. Edge is a bit thick but thinned it down to my needs and it holds a edge quite well so its tempered and treated right.Don’t know exactly what carbon steel it is but its definitely carbon of some sort.
