Works great. For the price this kit works great. I’ve been able to get everything from large chefs knives down to 2″ pocket knives razor sharp. Takes a little time and patience is a virtue. But when I start reaching for my little folder and not my x-acto I know its doing its job pretty well.

Very effective if used correctly with care Works very well., I sharpened 2 diving knives and some kitchen knives. The angle choosing mechanism may be ta little bit tricky if you don’t concentrate, meaning it’s still not fool proof. It is also not easy to use with narrow blades and those that have double edge (serrated and straight). However, when used with care and some skill it will sharpen most knives very effectively.

It works well with a few downsides I got this Lansky Sharpener after having bought a Spyderco sharpener and hated it.
