Front foot of stand broke off!! This was a great product, I use it for my business of wine importing and distributing… essential piece for me! But, the quality of the wheels/feet are quite poor. The front part of the stand just snapped off the other day so it’s totally useless now as it will not stand up straight. I think it should be repaired or replaced but cannot find any information on how to request this. It should still be un warranty!
Holds 12 bottles and rolls fine Yes, it does fit 12 bottles HOWEVER you may need to flip some upside down to zip the top shut.The dividers inside are awkward and look weird, not evenly spaced as you would expect.
Top handle insufficient and bag is tight The bag itself is tight. The only way to insert 12 bottles is to invert half. Only one handle on the top which cannot support the weight of 12 bottles. They should have placed two handles, one on each side, would have been much better
