Wonderful This hat is great. I love the way it looks, very stylish. I wore it every day on the beach in North Carolina and it really protected my face and the back of my neck. I didn’t get burned at all. The beach was very windy but the hat stayed on.I packed it in my suitcase and it didn’t get crushed, retained its shape. I really love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hat to wear outdoors in any conditions or weather.
A great boonie! Wanted one that covered back of neck … A great boonie! Wanted one that covered back of neck from sun, since “standard” boonies don’t cover that area very well. After two months of wear during hiking and camping excursions, seems to be quite durable, and provides ample protection from sun. Although I ordered the beige color, it appears to be more of a shade of olive drab. Notice on sizing: My head is about 7 1/4″ and it is a very snug fit.
