A colorful outdoor knife with Swedish FireSteel fire starter. The Light My Fire Swedish FireKnife is a collaboration between Light My Fire and Mora of Sweden. Mora has made top-notch knives for 120 years. But this is more than just an extremely sharp, flexible, and sturdy all-around knife: the handle contains a fire starter. Gut and clean a fish, split kindling, and light a campfire with one single handy tool. Swedish FireSteel firestarter works equally well when wet, performs at all altitudes, and produces a 3,000 degree C (5,400 degree F) spark. Dimensions: 8.9 x 1.8 x 1.5 inches (22.5 cm x 4.5 cm x 3.8 cm); blade length: 3.9 inches (10 cm). Weight: 3.4 oz. (94 g).

I highly recommend it. I have bought 7 of these knives … I bought this knife to keep in my hunting pack. After I shot a wild hog, I used this knife to process the animal from start to finish. I was impressed with how well it held an edge. (It would still shave hair on my arm) So with that being said I ordered two more immediately and gave one to my dad and another to a friend of ours because they were going on an elk hunt. They used their knives to process 2 elk and a mule deer. These knives out perform some of my really expensive knives. I…

Solid (and affordable) two-in-one knife + firestarter solution for backpackers and campers I was looking for a basic knife to replace a heavy multi-tool I’d been using for backpacking knife and have been happy with this. In fact, this replaced my heavier knife and my emergency firestarter reducing my gear load by a number of ounces. Yay! I like the purpose.
