When you receive the teepee: Because the teepee is made of 100% cotton, it might have a lot of folds during wrapping, packaging and shipping.In order to smooth these folds away, please unfold the teepee wide, either steam-iron it or mist-spray it, and let it stand overnight.
When your teepee is dirty: You can pull out the poles and machine wash the fabric in cold water with mild detergent and air dry it.
Because it is made of 100% cotton, it will have a little shrinkage.

I have a few issues with this product and if … I have a few issues with this product and if I had known I would have ordered a different brand.- Package missing key install piece, my husband was able to rig it up so we didn’t need it.- Instructions are a single page and very vague.- Link for instructional video doesn’t exist.- I had to watch a video of a different brand and completely disregard the instructions given with this product to make it work.Wish I would have purchased a different brand.
It may be a good product if you are wanting it as a decoration … So upset about this purchase. It is very unstable, the holes in the poles seem to be placed wrong, and it is basically unusable. It may be a good product if you are wanting it as a decoration only. When put together, it looks nothing like the pictures. The poles either stick out way to far, or the canvas does not touch the ground. I would not recommend this to anyone. I Very disappointed.
Fun teepee for children! Purchased this as a gift for my 4 year old niece who’s big into her imagination phase right now. It was easy to set up, taking <10 minutes. I chose not to get a mat or pad for under it because I figured she could decorate it however she wanted. It has entry flaps that Velcro close and a window on the side to look out. Pockets on the inside that can hold books easily. The product is good quality for the price. I believe it's totally worth it and you won't regret it.
