Holds fire, yes. Quality piece of equipment, No I guess this is a great example of you get what you pay for. I have purchased a lixada solo stove copy and it was great in every way. However this was not my experience with this stove.First throw away the bowl, it has no real use with this stove. It doesn’t fit in the top without modification. Second the stove isn’t really square. Perfect for the Trangia stove Just about perfect for the Trangia stove. Fits right in the top and about the perfect height above the flame. Also works great as its own windscreen and pot holder. Very lightweight and decent soft carry case. Only small negative is the simmer ring can only be used in a couple positions. Surprising value in a pocket sized, multi fuel stove. I selected this stove to use with my Trangia alcohol burner stove. It’s just about a perfect fit.
