Not waterproof… Actually fit great and felt much softer and normal than expected for waterproof. But that’s bc it wasn’t waterproof… the knee material fully flows water.
Nice, but this one ran a bit big This is the second hiking camping pants I own. I use them for shooting competition and are very comfortable and good quality. Take into account that these are made in China, and sizing is always an issue. Last pair I went two sizes bigger thanks to a fellow customer, and was perfect fit. On this occasion, the sizing chart is a bit tricky, as I ordered the number according to it, but the pants are 3 times bigger. So… I guess a better fit would be to order it one size shorter. lightweight but probably quite tough these pants fit in the waist about as you’d think. they are a bit longer than expected however. the material is quite light – but they seem very sturdy and will probably last a while; avoiding snags and such. the lower leg is tapered so that you can ride a bike w/o wearing a cinch on the right leg. the knees are covered in very tough material. the belt is humorously long considering the waist size… but thats livable.
