Awesome customer service I am extremely satisfied with the product and their customer service. I ordered a set of these lights and one of the light didn’t turn off when collapsed completely. I was reached out by their customer service and they promptly requested additional information about the defect and proceeded with the refund. I love these little lights I love these little lights! A few details however: I haven’t actually been camping in decades, and have no desire to start now. I got them as emergency lights for home use in case of a power outage. As such, they sit in my closet, with batteries installed and ready to go. With that in mind, they are perfect.
