Great Value! My husband and I recently installed a pellet stove in our home after years of having a wood stove. Years of me fighting with tinder and flames and taking forever to get a good temperature established in our home. I didn’t even know “Gel Firestarter” existed until we put our pellet stove in. I am glad I do now!
Gets my pellets burning quickly We own a pellet grill and use a tube filled with pellets to get that extra smoke we sometimes desire. We like to use gel to get the tube of pellets lit.We’ve tried several gel starters and have been HIGHLY disappointed because it takes a LOT of gel (which isn’t cheap) to get those pellets burning. Meeco’s is perfect. A little gel goes a loooooonnnnng way and the pellets get to burning in no time. Simply put, this is a fabulous gel and I highly recommend it.
Burns great, inconsistent quality between orders though. I use this firestarter gel to start pellets burning in the A-Maze-N smoker tray I use in my BBQ
