All-weather hiking boots The day I gave these to my daughter (for her birthday), we hiked for about 2 hours at a nature center on a very sunny, warm day in January. We had not expected for there to be so many muddy puddles but these boots kept her socks clean & dry. She eventually stepped into puddles on purpose because she was so confident in the quality of the shoes. NOT WATERPROOF or WATER-RESISTANT…not even close. These are NOT waterproof! Not even water-resistant!! I am so SO disappointed. Amazon, please update the product description before other little boys are miserable on an island with soaking wet feet.
NOT WATERPROOF Not waterproof!!! It poured today and my son’s feet were soaked through and through. Big disappointment, the whole purpose of these shoes were to protect him in the rain.
