The only complaint is that my feet stink! I … The only complaint is that my feet stink! I work in Iraq as a bomb hander and when I’m done for the day and take my shoes off, my feet smell awful. I spoke with a few other handlers cause we all wear these and they have the same problem. I was a Police Officer for 20 years and wore a Danner leather boot in Michigan during the summer and my feet never smelled.
Excellent hiking shoes for general trails. The Merrell Moab is an awesome hiking shoe. I’m not climbing mountains with mine but they’ve seen a good many miles on trails and even running errands. Great fit, comfortable, and supportive. As best I can tell, this is the second generation of the Moab. Seems to fit a little lower in the ankle but that’s fine with me for how I use the shoe. By ordering online, I was able to get a color I couldn’t find in stores. I love the shoes and would recommend them.
