The best boot I’ve ever worn. This is my second pair of these boots and I admit that I love them. I love the Vibram sole that wears better than any other I’ve used. Since wearing these boots, I’ve changed out the insole to a PowerStep insole because I have extremely tender feet. Anyone else may feel that the standard insole would be perfect for themselves.My wife has since switched to these boots and we both love them. I wear my for daily work, walking, hiking as well as riding my bicycle. Simply the best…
Same Out-of-the-box Comfort but too narrow/wide These shoes are pretty much the old MOABs. The only remarkable differenceâand it’s a big oneâis the wide width I used to wear is now too wide; the normal width are far too narrow. It fits everywhere except the toe box, which feels like I’m wearing a shoe two sizes too big or two sizes too small. Not sure why Merrell had to screw with perfection.
Excellent! But calculate replacing the laces and insoles into the cost An excellent take on the lightweight hiking boot. If you’ve ever had to slog miles wearing heavy mountaineering boots, you won’t believe how light these are. I can’t attest to their durability, as their construction makes them only a single /shoulder season boot and they required no break-in period whatsoever.
