Uncomfortable until broken in. This is an update from my initial review. The show was not comfortable at first, but once broken in they are now one of my favorite pairs of shoes. They are well made and have great support and traction for hiking. I still think the insole is a bit hard.
Give these time! First I would have gave these shoes a 1 star review. It did take me about 48hrs+ to break them in. They killed my feet at first but after being broke in you can’t find me with out them on. I bought them for my trip to italy,needless to say they stayed home and I went. When I got back I kept breaking them in and I love them now.water proof with some mink oil is a key also.
Good. These seemed a little bit narrow when I first put them on, not so bad that I wanted to send them back, but a little narrow. I realized I ordered 13W and meant to order 13EE. Considering, These fit pretty well.I like these shoes, They are well made and they have excellent treads, which was the main reason I was looking for new shoes. I’m happy with my buy.
