Not good for walking/hiking down hills or rough trails They don’t have enough support in the uppers as they are too flexible. NOT god for downhill–flat pavement only
My favorite shoes! I tried these on at my local store, stood up, and said “I’ll buy them.” I then bought 3 more pair through Amazon. Fits perfect! The insole comes out and my orthotics fit perfect. No break-in period. Very comfortable-I walk about 5 miles a day on cement, asphalt, and dirt. The blue color is very nice – more like indigo.
