Not good for long hikes and only lasted 1.5 years Sizing: I have wide feet and typically wear a 7 and the 7.5-wide was a good fit. Reviews on most shoes talk about so much about sizing because there is so much variation in American sizes, just learn your European size and look at the size chart.
