Exactly as expected. This just arrived and is as beautiful as pictured. I’m using it as a bedspread as well as a blanket. I was afraid it would be stiff and heavy but weight is just right for my purpose. There are no washing instructions. I’ll wash, when necessary, in cold water. In my photo I just tossed it on a twin bead. I plan to get sheets to match an it will look awesome.
Great buy! I really like the look and feel of this blanket. I use it to practice yoga (currently doing prenatal yoga) so it works perfectly folded up for seated positions. The blanket is huge so it can be used for many different things- beach, yoga, sporting events, etc!
Gets really soft! I used this when I went to India as a a yoga mat and a blanket. It was pretty stiff when I first got it and was concerned it wouldn’t be comfortable. One night of using it to cover up on a couch while singing with friends and then it was soft was you could want it. I love this blanket. It’s a little bigger than I expected. It is much wider than a typical yoga matt. For a yoga mat you can fold it in half if you want extra cushion.
