MIER took design and function into consideration when creating this convertible Pant. Its stretch nylon fabric is treated with a DWR coating to repel water, and the active fit lets you move easily through foreign cities and dappled woodlands. Lightweight, breathable and quick dry. Zippered design converts pants to 9-inch shorts. Articulated legs and a gusseted crotch for freedom of movement when you’re on the trail. 6 zippered pockets keep valuables safe and close. Partial elastic waistband with removable belt for comfy fit and ensure that you’ll have a secure, no-slip fit for multi-pitch climbs, backcountry ski tours, and long days on the hiking trail.

Very well made with lots of usable-sized pockets. Very well made, comfortable to wear, and with lots of usable-sized pockets. The fit was perfect, as was the belt. It made going to the amusement park and riding coasters all day a breeze. I was able to carry everything I wanted to have with me without having to take a fanny pack or bag.
Great, thoughtful, design of the perfect pair of pants! long shorts perfect, too … very well thought out pair of pants and shorts … versatile, and well-needed, and essential … the architect and the dancer, and the on-the road traveller, just love it … great dark, warm, grey color as well …although a little too long for me, will have to sew in thin, elastic band as found in Miers Tactical Cargo Pants …if it already had this hem elastic, adjustable, detail … it would perfectissimo ! ! !
The only real stretch convertible pant I’ve found After trying a few different convertible pants, these were the ones I decided to go with. I like that they have stretch and “give” where other ones lacked. Especially as someone with curves, I appreciate the stretch and comfort it gives. They are indeed water repellent and quick drying. Great DEEP pockets, again, which I felt other pairs lacked. I originally ordered the large, but the crotch billowed out a lot, so went with the medium, even though the waist is a little more snug on that…
