Easy setup and reasonably comfortable Easy setup and reasonably comfortable. The reason for the low rating is the fact that the fabric sleeves, holding the two outer aluminum rods, create a loud “popping” noise due to friction between fabric and rods when laying on the cot. It was so loud that it woke me up every time is switched positions.
Strong and comfy cot. Best for tent camping. To sleep warm in a cold tent camping, insulating from the ground is the most important. This Moon Lence cot has a lower height so it should be best for tent camping. Iâve set a self-inflatable mat on this cot and found myself comfortable and cozy in my sleeping bag. Iâm 6ft and the length is perfect.
Surprisingly comfortable This camping cot is surprisingly comfortable. I am a restless side sleeper but found that I have plenty of room to turn over and get into a comfortable position. At only 5’5â, the cot has plenty of length and even room for my full size pillow. I expected my husband to have a problem with the length because he is 6’2â but he felt the cot sleeps quite well for him also. See photo.
