Don’t leave it in the sun or contact customer service… I loved the concept of this product. It works really well and lights up my tent. Unfortunately there was an issue. I left my light out on the balcony to charge before a camping trip. When I came back to get it, the sun had warped it. I followed all the instructions and deflated it before leaving it in the sun.I reached out to the company to see if this was normal because a friend who owns one has never had this issue.
