This spring assisted open folding knife with aluminum handle from MTech USA Ballistic (MT-A705G2 series) offers easy one handed deployment and a high quality 3CR13 stainless steel drop point blade. Had to fix a loose screw Overall this is a really great knife at a great value around $2. I bought a few for gifts but found one of them had a screw nearly falling out on the handle right out of the package. The annoying part is the torx screws are smaller than the bits and drivers I have so it took some hunting. Luckily I was able to apply a dab of purple loctite and instead use a hex key that fit snugly to screw it in. It should be good now, but I took off two stars for the hassle.
Quality product at a price you shouldn’t turn down Perfect inexpensive knife for general purpose use. Opens smooth and easy with great spring retention. Grooves on the thumb release area are great for no look opening and use once opened. The blade-open grip is comfortable and pretty ergonomically sound. Blade is reasonably sharp out of the box as well. The pant clip is solid and tight held on with two screws (not part of the knife like many and, therefore, easy to snap off and break). Excellent value I purchased 5 of these because they were priced so low and I wanted to have beater knives in my vehicles and bags. The quality exceeded expectations and all of them were razor sharp! Every single one of them will shave hair right out of the box! The blades are perfectly centered on three of them and hardly noticeably off center on two of them.
