Knife is absolutely great! Only problem is this sheath is not for … Knife is absolutely great! Only problem is this sheath is not for everyday use. I have only used the knife for one day at work and the seam for the sheath is completely cut up, so the knife doesn’t stay in at all. Sheath is not for all day use. The knife will cut the seam very quick, so but a durable sheath. Other than the make of the sheath, the knife is absolutely perfect for daily use. Would buy again (only for the knife).
If you can re-do the handle, get it!!!! This knife arrived in good shape! As compared to other MTech knives I have, this knife was well made. I bought this because I knew that it was one solid piece of metal- i.e. full tang. The cord that came on the knife handle was, honestly, crap. It wasn’t even paracord. It was some sort of woven cord that stretched horribly and was uncomfortable. I did a solid wrap around the handle, then did another wrap around that with cord. It was very simple, used about 8 feet of cord total, and the balance…
Good utility knife/ backpacking knife Inexpensive knife I’m using as a utility knife around the house/yard. Blade came pretty sharp and with a quick run through my honer it seems pretty solid. The case is basic, but I’m not using it for much more than a way to hide the blade/point when in storage. I’ve also taken it on a backpacking trip when I knew a larger full tang knife would come in handy.
