Nice, light weight but no way to close them. Rubber band will have to do but not a great design. The strippers were delivered today just as I was getting ready to do some work on my truck. They are very light weight and would be perfect if there was a way to close them. I suspected this would be an issue as I didn’t see any mechanism to close them in the pics. Not a good design in my opinion. I’m putting a rubber band on them to keep them closed so not to get damaged in the tool box.

Great tool for cutting and stripping smaller wires This tool has become a very used device in my workshop. I am continually cutting, stripping and soldering wires in the size range of this tool. For larger wires, I use a different tool and for really small stuff I have one just for those, but for the mid-size wires that I seem to use most often, this tool really does the job.The handles have a wider portion on the outer edge to give you more force when cutting the solid wires, I find it fits my hands well, I wear large size gloves…
