Is this sleeping pad good for backpacking? Yes! It is very small and light making it ideal for backpacking, rough camping or through-trekking, outside or indoors, on the ground, hard floor or in a hammock.
What is the thickness of the pad when inflated? The pillow is about 2 1/2 inches thick and the pad about 2 inches.
Is this best on the inside or the outside of the sleeping bag? You choose, either is okay, however outside the sleeping bag is more common.
How do I inflate the mat? Around 12 -15 breaths will inflate the the mat and the same for the pillow.
How does it deflate? Pop open the two valves. The air will escape quickly. Then fold and roll up your pad and store in its bag.
Is the pad waterproof and can it be cleaned? Yes, it is fully waterproof. It can be easily washed clean with a cloth.
The pad doesn’t hold air when I inflate it. The valve is in two parts for inflation and deflation. Make sure the inner valve is fully seated before inflating.

I works great I used the pad and pillow last weeked hunting We camped on a rocky hill both nights and I sleep like a baby. I weigh over 240 lbs and didn’t touch the ground. It rolls up easy and packs well,
Very comfortable Tried it during a llama trek in the Wallowa Mountains of NE Oregon. It held its air if one refilled it after the temp dropped. Does slide around a bit. It seems the price went way up after I bought it. Tariff increase?
Wasnât expecting much but worked perfect! Took this to Europe to travel as an extra bed for my daughter. I was worried because itâs so compact and when I aired it up I was still worried because it didnât seem dense enough to hold an adult comfortably but I was wrong. I worked great! Itâs not as Comfortable as a bed but I was impressed. It didnât lose air ever and was surprisingly comfortable for what it is. Iâd recommend this to any traveler.
