Great product, but could be colder for longer This is a great wrap that deserves 5 stars, but I don’t use the ice pack it came with because it warms up in less than 15 minutes, where the dollar store clay packs are slighlty bigger and in this wrap stay cold for 30 minutes. It’s the best when using this wrap with those packs.
It does the trick! Works well for icing my plantar fasciitis. I wish ice helped me but that is probably not the products fault! Easy to remove and replace the ice pack. Haven’t tried the heat option but it seems like it will be good when I need it. My husband has used it on his wrist and it works well.

My feet are size 9W and there is no problem at all with this fitting around my foot. The cold pack, when frozen, remains pliable and can curve around the outer edge of my foot to ice both the top and bottom of my foot where I have pain. I only wish there was a way to purchase additional packs to have them as backup in the freezer. No problem with it getting or staying cold enough.
