Incomplete – the “wheeled cooler” with no cooler or wheels As several other reviewers have noted, this “cooler” arrived with the metal frame only, no cooler itself, and no wheels – not remotely usable. This appears to be a repeat problem with this item, so would be wary to order, especially if it is for a specific event or deadline, as it was for me.
