Incomplete – the “wheeled cooler” with no cooler or wheels As several other reviewers have noted, this “cooler” arrived with the metal frame only, no cooler itself, and no wheels – not remotely usable. This appears to be a repeat problem with this item, so would be wary to order, especially if it is for a specific event or deadline, as it was for me.

It is well made and effective in keeping the contents cold for the duration of the day. Having said that, the order fulfillment department is sadly lacking. They sent me the cooler container without the trolley that hold the container and keeps it sitting upright. After much delay and subsequent pressure from Amazon, I received the trolley. Upright Rectangular Design Perfect for Manuevering I really like this item. It has wheels!It also stands upright and has a removable liner, zippered top and zippered front pocket and to side pockets.Great design which includes a hard back so the backpack part doesn’t slouch down.The school insignia looks smart.It was a little high in cost but I needed it right away.It looked like it could handle some lite terrain.
