Fillo is soft and yielding, yet substantial enough for side-sleepers. It’s amazing in the backcountry, but also great on an airplane or as lumbar support. It feels big when it’s cradling your head, but it packs surprisingly small. It’s everything you want in a sidekick pillow for all adventures.

Good Pillow Great pillow for hiking/camping. Compresses down very small. I have two Cascade designs/Therm-a-Rest pillows and Nemo FILLO is more comfortable because you can adjust the firmness based on how much you inflate it. This in now my go-to pillow for backpacking.
Nemo FILLO (Moss Green) BACKPACKING & CAMPING PILLOW Originally I had planned on purchasing the SeaToSummit Aeros Pillow Premium but than I came across this one and it caught my eye. I like the fact that it has an integrated stuff sack because it one less thing for me to keep track of. The included removable pillow case which is washable is what convinced me to take a chance on this pillow. Because of it’s clever design, well made, and comfortable I believe it to be worthy of your consideration too.
Awesome pillow Expensive pillow, but worth it in my opinion. Sleeping on the ground is hard enough, even with a good mattress pad. A good pillow makes sleeping so much easier, at least for me. Best one I’ve ever used. Has some foam for softness, holds air to adjust firmness, and nice, soft cover to lay your head on. Plus a built-in stuff sack. Well designed, well built. Liked mine so much I splurged and more pillows for the rest of my family.
