An investment I regret It broke the following year before it even got to the hot season. The first hot season it leaked water all over my floor. It did not cool very efficiently and I have an extremely small apartment. It is a glorified fan that also makes water messes. I immediately had buyers remorse. Had I known what I knew shortly after buying it I would not have purchased this item.

so-so For 1 thing it is loud..which I’m ok with, but if ur looking for a silent machine, this is not for u! Its not airplane 747 loud, but louder than ur normal every day fan! Big question, does it cool a room down? Yes it does, but no where near what an actual AC would. Would probably help if u put ice in the water, but don’t have that luxury here, save the ice for my rum/coke! It does help, but if ur expecting an ice cold room, ur going to be disappointed!

Not bad at all First of all I think a lot of people are leaving negative reviews because they either expect this to work just like an air conditioner or they don’t understand how to use an evaporative cooler. This will not cool your room as much as an air conditioner will but it definitely lower the temperature significantly. Also you have to live in an area with low humidity for this to work and be able to get good ventilation in whatever room you want to use it in. It will not cool your whole house, but…
