Disappointed my feet don’t work well in them I so wanted to love these boots.Pros: the laces are wide set so if you have two pairs of socks on or wide feet, you can let the laces out a bit. Have narrow feet – pull the laces tighter!Traction and grip on sole was decent for our mostly wooded trails. RUNS TRUE TO SIZE / CUTE They look great. Based on reviews I ordered 1/2 size up (9), I wear an 8 1/2 and was worried with thick socks it would fit tight. It was bigger than expected, so better to order your true size if you dont have wide feet. Have to return, but they don’t have my size in the grey/black color, guess it’s popular.

Caveat emptor I loved these boots for about a month. They run wide, but with thick socks, they’re extremely comfortable. So I was pretty bummed when during a hike I felt myself getting a blister on my heel. Turned out that the liner fabric had worn through and there was a hole, causing the fabric to roll on the edges and rub on my heel. There’s really nothing I can do to fix it, and mole skin won’t stick well enough to the fabric or my heel to make them usable. And, of course, I’m past the return…
