How to use:
1. Unroll the sleeping pad and pay attention to closing the air valve at the head.

Tips:
1. If you want a firmer, fuller pad you can blow a couple of deep breathes into the valve.
2. If you use this product at high altitude, please don’t fill it too much.

Light weight rolls up small. This was easy to use (once you figure it out, I had to use google and YouTube for guidance) although there was lack of instructions. Keep in mind that it is a mat/pad and not a mattress. Huge difference! I donât think it would work great with a heavy person but it worked nice for my daughter who goes on hikes that lasts days. The air stayed inside and it rolls up quiet small. It included a patch and and eye sleeping mask which was both nice.
