S2R Baton is the rechargeable version of the popular S2 Baton. While adopting the classical charging method of Olight – charging through the magnetic tailcap, it comes with a brand new designed portable magnetic USB charging cable, through which it can utilize the widely available USB power supplies, such as powerbanks and car chargers, laptops, etc. It uses Olight branded 3200mAh rechargeable batteries, delivering a maximum output of 1020 lumens. There will be no need to frequently change batteries for S2R Baton, thereby making it more cost-saving and becoming an ideal illumination tool for home application.

Extremely convenient and useful I don’t have anything really bad to say about it. The belt clip works as expected, it’s deep enough to hide in your pocket but also long enough to use with the brim of your hat. the magnetic base works in many handy ways, I work on a steel ship so that helps a lot with the need of use. The brightness settings work in many ways to help me with work which makes a quality of life that I just overly appreciate. excellent flashlight This light gives a nice floody illumination with no hot spot, which is what I was looking for in a general purpose light. I really like the convenience of the magnetic charging. The fact that this requires a proprietary battery doesnât bother me, because the flashlight is still usable with a standard 18650 battery if the proprietary battery fails and canât quickly get replaced; All that would be lost by using a standard battery would be the magnetic charging feature. Best pocket-size flashlight for any outdoorsman &/or self-defense EDC This is by far the best flashlight I have ever owned, it is compact, and powerful!
